cancellation of GUARANTEED ticket

i booked tickets to Abu Dhabi with South Afican Airways, paid for it, and received an e-ticket together with other documentation to say that my ticket is 'GUARANTEED.' A few days ago SAA sent an email to say that my tickets have been cancelled. <br> <br> i think its wrong of them to cancel something that is guarenteed, also because i have taken leave from work as well as booked non refundable accommodation. <br> <br> <br>
