Can't get a Quote, system is impossible

I am trying to get a quote for flying on SAA from Richard's Bay to Johannesburg. I phoned SAA at King Shaka airport and after going through the automated system there was simply nothing. I then phoned Johannesburg SAA Head Office and the same thing. You go through an automated system and then get left holding for 10 minutes. I have used up R50 worth of airtime and have not even managed to speak to a person yet. Can SAA not make it easier somehow to get a quote and then book a reservation? I am highly disappointed.
