Call for employment

It's so unfair that thousands of employees lost their jobs due to retrenchment when the pandemic started... Most went into business others got employment from various airlines because of their experience but sadly like my partner that they could not go through because they had just been employed pm for a short time thereafter they were those you call "LAST IN 1ST TO GO" meaning there were the 1st recommendation for retrenchment because they were employed later in the year but my issue is now that the company is slowly picking and should be calling those who still interested and those who still need their jobs back because of inexperienced the company still plays hard to get and judging from my experience most companies that retrenched their former employees have called their old staff back while SAA recommends new stuff and still have the nerve to tell their old stuff that they cannot take them in due the company's expenses from medicals and all that... But how because everyone needs to go in with a medical check old or new... Is this a way to sabotage the disadvantaged or who do we call for help in this case because my partner deserves his job back especially judging from his inexperienced and still would love to continue a working with SAA for growth and more experience further..
