Business class price for worst service

I decided to treat my mother with a business class ticket to fly back to cape town from johannesburg with a business class ticket. I am sad to report that the experience was appalling and that i cannot believe that this airline is still operating. I will never purchase a ticket from SAA ever again. As i can see by previous complaints unanswered by SAA nothing will come of this complaint. It is sad and pathetic to see tax payers money being used to bail out such a sad excuse of a company that ‘prides themselves’ to provide exemplary service.
