Business Class not so business class

<p>I booked a flight to Cape Town during the Easter weekend. I flew with SAA. I booked a business class return trip. On my return, the service was horrible. What's the point of paying a double fee for comfort only to be squashed at my seat and being uncomfortable. With some airlines when it's an old aircraft they leave a seat gap between guests. I felt uncomfortable. It was a mission to go to the bathroom as I would have to request the person next to me to move all the time. It seemed like SAA or Star Alliance just cashed in on extra seats to make more money at the cost of their guests. I honestly believe I was the same as a person sitting in Economy. And to actually think I was proud to be on our airline "SAA". I should have just booked with British, support other nations. This was really disgusting. </p>
