Bull**** service

Had the most terrible experience last night. So I was travelling to LA via Munich. The assistant took 50 minutes struggling to check me in depsite confirming that I have all valid documentation and visa. During this time she called additional 5 of her colleagues to check what was wrong and all ocnfirmed that there's nothing wrong with my ticket, its just that they cant figure out why they cant issue boarding pass. At last they called one guy who came and after 5 minutes he said I need a shengen visa. I dont care about this guy's explanation, if i did need a visa, why was everyone saying everything is fine and I find out after 80 minutes when the flight boarding gate is just about to close. The same guys tells me to go back home and come back the following day. If they told me this, I had an option to reroute my flight. I am so dissapointed in your service. So I ended up not travelling, my ticket was cancelled due to no show. Following day I was told all flights are fully booked.
