BROKEN SUITCASE - USELESS AIRLINE - NEVER EVER AGAIN

Never in my life again. I am a frequent flyer. Coming back from Botswana yesterday Sunday 3 November - walking to my car i felt my suitcase is not moving well. Didnt take more notice of it until i got home and saw that my whole wheel was broken off, hanging on a small piece of the material. HOW HARD DID THEY THROUGH MY SUITCASE... i am so angry i can scream. Now phoning in to do a claim , i get told that i need to take the suitcase back to OR Tambo (so driving from the westrand back to OR Tambo is 80km and back home again - and i am working during the week) so they can access it and see if i have a valid claim. Absolute no compassion for other peoples property - Baggage handlers - if you cant do your work properly and you dont have compassion for other peoples property - please dont do the JOB you are in - I hope - you that broke my suitcase - that your stuff will also get damaged. maybe that will teach you something in life. NO WONDER SAA IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN.
