Boring experience on SAA

My husband was on flight SA222 on 13 October 2025 from OR Tambo to Brazil. It was a very disappointing experience for him because the entire economy class didn't receive earphones for the onboard entertainment. On such a long flight of 10+ hours with no onboard entertainment I doubt if we will ever use SAA again.
