Booking frustration

Every time I try to use the SAA website to make a booking, I cannot get further than the first page. Although I select the destination city from the dropdown menu, it still tells me I must select a destination city. It has been like this for more than a year now. Can't anyone fix the problem? I get so annoyed after trying 9 or 10 times that I end up booking with another airline. You are losing customers because of one annoying fault on your page.
