LOUBSER I canceled flight immediately to e-mail provided on Saturday 3 February. I have tried calling them. Only to get voice recording of their office hours are 9h00 to 4pm only to get cut off repeatedly. Phone numbers for refund *** option ***6 option ***9 Please assist me with my refund. They are not responding to my email. Calls since Saturday, Monday, Tuesday. No response.
