Biting off more than they can chew !

SA 8443 Johannesburg - Richards Bay 23/12/18. Flight departed 45 minutes late, no information passed on to passengers, no apologies. To add insult to injury, several passengers baggage left behind. Their solution, come back and collect it off the later flight. Big song and dance about flying their fancy jet into Richards Bay, doesn't help much when so limited into this small airport that baggage has to be left behind. Fares a complete *******. Please come back SA EXPRESS !!!!!
