*****ed and insensitive cabin crew

I logged a very serious complaint with SAA regarding the nature of the conversations that my 13 year old daughter and I were privy too whilst seated at the back of the aircraft near the galley. My complaint on hellopeter is not about that complaint, but about the fact that they have not bothered to respond to my complaint in 3 weeks.<br> <br> I received an automated email giving me the name Rose Ramasehla as the person responsible for investigating my complaint, and that was the last I heard, despite the email stating that they would get back to me within 10 working days.<br> <br> The conversations that my daughter and I overheard included ***ual jokes as well as *****ed impersonations of some of the other passengers, including a Chinese man and an elderly woman.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Tim Owen
