Beware SAA predatory practices

My wife booked tickets for me and my child and used my childs name as her middle name by mistake. All other information is correct so it is very obvious the ticket was intended for her. We phoned SAA to try change the ticket and their response was basically "pay us more money so we can change the mistake". This kind of predatory behaviour is disgusting. Expecially from a company who has had their fair share of mistakes in the past.
