I made booking on SAA website and the page stopped connecting, so i tried booking again so the seats were no longer available. i called reservations department and spoke to a lady called Kutlwano Radebe and she was so helpful and so patient. she checked my reservation and helped me to get my seat back and went through my details to verify if it is correct before making payment.
