Bedless Infant - SAA couldn't care less

Infant's cot never put on plane. No solution given other than to wait 24 hours for cot to be found. If not found we must buy a new one and claim back from SAA (after 24hrs). If we buy one and it is found no refund will be given. For now the infant is left without a bed and SAA could not care a bit.
