Becareful when booking SAA they overbook their flight

Ticket booked over a week ago I arrive at airport to check-in an hour before boarding time my colleagues and I were told sorry flight overbooked. I fought to ensure I get on booked flight unfortunately for my colleagues they had to take next flight because of SAA

How pathetic

Please becareful especially if you are business person SAA is not to be trusted
