Bags left in Joburg

My wife and I traveled to Zanzibar for our honeymoon on 7th December and arrived back in CPT on 14th December. We traveled from CPT to Dar Es Salaam via Joburg and took the same route on our way back using SAA. <br> <br> When we were in Dar Es Salaam making our way back to CPT, I asked the SAA employee who was checking our luggage whether we needed to collect our bags in Joburg or whether they would be checked through to Cape Town. I then again confirmed that we definitely did not need to collect in Joburg. only to be told that it would be waiting in CPT. <br> <br> When we arrived in CPT to find out that our bags had been dropped off in Joburg, we were incredibly furious. Another couple from Canada had also been told the same and therefore also did not have their bags. <br> <br> Both my wife and I take chronic medication on a daily basis and skipping such medication is not good for our health and therefore we were further frustrated when we found out that the other couple's bags had been put on the next flight that evening and were landing just after 23.00.<br> <br> It cost us R180 in parking and our bags were never kept aside. <br> <br> I have emailed twice and messaged twice on FB with no response! <br> <br>
