Baggage theft

In August travelling to Cape Town, I noticed my suitcase lock was missing and on opening found the toiletry bag opened with spillages and my bottle of perfume missing. I had to forge my attention for registration of claim at the Cape Town airport. On submission of claim, it takes 21 "working days" for outcome. Let alone waiting for a meager R260, 16.25% of value lost. There is no accountability on behalf of SAA and it is the reason why it keeps happening, they have nothing to lose that is why CCTV is not utilized to stop this crime.
