Baggage Claim

<p>Hi, I am writing this complaint with huge dissapointment with SAA company for my items lost at the airport. I acknowledge the fact that they have compensated me but what i am not satisfied with is that they paid me according to the weight of the items and not by the value of them. another thing is how did they weigh them because they are lost?? the amount paid to me doesnt come close to the value of the items lost. I need those items to be paid in full according to the value of the items. I dont understand how can they say they compensate according to the weight without seeing the items physically because they are lost. Can i get clarity on that issue and the compensation for the rest of the value. My reference Ms RM Motau JNBSA35986. My contacts ********** 716/ ********** 211.</p>
