Bag damaged

So this morning (15/11/2018)while checking in at SAA counter B50 at OR Tambo, I place a “Fragile” sticker on my luggage bag, that has my physio treatment equipment and strapping. On arrival at the Cape Town international, I notice that my bag is cracked and the wheel is damaged, and being held on by a thread.

I got to the baggage enquiries, ha dot open a case...but then get told I have to go and certify my I.D, and even download the form myself. The least that could be done is give me a form to fill in, I am now stuck without a bag for one, in another city as a result of negligence, but I am also now being even more inconvenienced. This is really not fair, the bag I had is very expensive, and needs to be imported as it is a cricket specific hard covered wheelie case. Please may someone get back to me and make this right
