Bad service when my kids traveled alone

I had such a bad experience with SAA my kids were booked on a flight last week Friday 05/01/2018 Flight ref number POZWYO the flight was delayed and the service was bad regarding the host that picked my kids up from the check in point the hostess just took my kids and walked in the front leaving them behind her to follow I mean the airport is very busy during the festive season and my kids could of been kidnapped while the hostess just left them behind her not watching them or even holding there hands this is pathetic regardinhg the safety of my kids or even any body elses kids I will never use SAA again cant risk my kids being unattended BAD SERVICE>
