Bad service - They just don't care abt customers

My flight to durban was booked and paid last week to travel from OR TAMBO to durban, get to the counter and guess what??? The flight is fully booked, \THEY WERE PAID"what an inconvienance by them. I'm suppossed to get transportation that i've paid when I land at Durban airport. Now i've been moved to a later flight"
