Bad service & lying staff at PE Airport Saairlink counter

On the 23rd of October I arrived at the airport just few minutes after4 and my flight was at 17h10 , already checked in on line I just wanted him to print my boarding pass and this gentleman at PLZ SAA counter printed the boarding pass and told me the flight delayed. The lady arrived as he was helping me to say the same thing that the flight has been delayed. I continued with my journey and boarded immediately after I was told. I then went to the lounge where there was this lady once again sitting with Lebo Mhlekude and I gave Lebo my boarding pass and she said I must pay R300 if I want to sit at the lounge and I refused saying what for? Because I want to charge my phone and drink hot water and my flight is delaying and they tried to convince me to stay saying I have 2hours and I still refused and left. I went to the bathroom then out and sat down to charge a bit and I went to mugg n bean just before I could order I noticed the TV screen is saying departing and I quickly walked to the counter and there was no one I went to gate 1 next to it they said its reversing now. Now the time was 17h13 and I was asking them why was I told its delaying meanwhile it was on time? They suggested I go to tickets sales which i went and found Miss Thulani Totyi & Mr Songezo Duze which didn't even try to assist instead they released the guy who was printing the boarding pass and talked to lady at the lounge via phone who denied what she said and all the other culprits I didn't even hear them being questioned. Songezo felt I was wastin g my time because the flight is gone and I have forfeited my ticket. I told him that I was there and am pretty sure if I wasn't told if that flight was delayed I would have been in CT. I am really unhappy with the bad service they gave me, it's not the 1st time I was once offloaded in a Saairlink flight going to CT on Saturday and they said it's full they overbooked and didn't allow me to check in though I was on time. I am really quite upset at this because they are not honest at all, they showed a very ******* behavior.
