Bad service from the sun express aircraft

I am using a wheelchair which is an electronic one,so traveled to Durban on the 10 December 2024, we traveled with sun express aircraft,so when the plane was supposed to take off, apparently I was told that my wheelchair battery aren't allowed in the aircraft, so I was kickoff the off the plane because the captain said is either I get out or my wheelchair battery stay behind, captain of flight 551 on 10 December 2024 kicked me out of his I am still heartbroken if today.
