Bad service from flysaa agents

I came in S.A. on the 2/03/2019 I've reported with flysaa and I was miss chetty was supposed to return my call I've called a thousand times from March till now she's never at work and dont return my messages and no feedback about my missing items plus I phone the airline to try extend my traveling that I was advise they can do since my ticket is valid for 1 year but they have to contact airline in U.S. I left my contact and emails for them to contact me and give me feedback they said I must call in 4 hours I called I was toldt they didnt get feedback yet then when I called on the 1/07/2019 was advise my request was no longer valid was advise to pay R25000 in order to use my air tickets all the consultant were very rude and refuse to explain nor to advised me in a orderly mannner I need feedback on these queries urgently
