Bad service 'Cause there is no service

<p>I have an urgent query that needs to be sorted tody. i phoned the call centre 4 times already, holding the line for over an hour and still no response is given. How pathetic, How must i sort out my urgent matter if you get no answer. Any response will be greatly appreciated.</p>
