Bad service, calls not answered

Everytime I call the call centre I have to hold for more than 30 minutes until my airtime runs out. It's ridiculous! I don't see the point of having a call centre if your agents won't pick up calls. I wanted to update my reservations for an unaccompanied minor, but I give up.
