BAD SERVICE AND NO HELP TO SOLVE A PROBLEM

I'm very unhappy already booked a flight and paid on Friday. Did not receive any tickets yet. After calling and holding the line for 59 min a lady assisted me and send me a conformation email. Promised I will receive the tickets within an hour from our conformation.

No email 2 days later. I call again lucky to only hold 49 min. The lady assisting me were so rude and did not even ask any detail just said that I should ask the bank a refund and me pay CASH at the airport.

I would not advise any person to book a flight with SAA money is of my account and no tickets. no assistance on the phone to solve this.

I'm highly upset.
