Bad Service

SAA advertised a 72hr special on Metro FM on the 25th March on both domestic and international flights. I phoned in the morning to book flight to Durban for the 26th March and they confirmed that they have the route on special but no seats available. I asked them to check return flight there was nothing available. I ended up booking on normal rates. I then asked them to check flights on special to New York or Washington in June, they told me no seats available on special for my dates. I asked that they check any other dates, but still they said no seats available and instead quoted me ridiculous amounts. The lady made me to hold on for a long time but still without anything positive. I said they must check for the whole of America and she still said nothing available. Why advertise a special which is not there?
