Bad service

Before complaining - we flew from Upington tot Cape town without any issues and great service. Flying back from Cape Town to Upington is a different story. The website stated that an infant can have its own luggage up to 20kg if it does not have its own seat. If that is incorrect the website should be updated asap. When going to check in we where informed that there is a overcharge and it should be paid at the tickets counter. This is where it all started to go south No smiling faces where waiting to help us. When raising our concern that this did not happen from UPT to CT - we received a very sarcastic ‘shame’ and had to pay the R300 on top of the insane expensive tickets. I was not expecting them to change the rules but a bit of humanity and manners would have made it a bit more bearable. The same respect and professional service should be given to all - it is not something that is selective.
