Bad service

<p>I boarded SAA from East London yesterday at 1710 to Johamnesburg on Flight SA480 and arrived around past six and when I got my bag from the carousel found my open and my zip tampered with and whoever has gone through my bag also left my toiletry bag open and all my things were just a mess , I don't know why if a check had been done the person failed to leave my things as they were and not leaving my stuff open and my bag was the only open bag was utterly disgusted with such service </p>
