Bad Service

I booked my return ticket to New York in March this year. Departure 23.6., return 24.7. I have had their confirmation and the money has been deducted from my account.<br> When I want to check my flight it is not found.<br> I want to upgrade my seats, print the boarding pass and HAVE MY VOYAGE MILES added to my account.<br> I have phoned several times and also sent e-mails but have not received a response.<br> <br> Why are my miles still not showing on my account?<br> Why can I not access my flight.<br> <br> I am extremely frustrated at this lack of service.
