Bad Service

I must say SAA is by this far the worst airline ever, my 65 year old mother booked a return ticket to Hong Kong which was to leave SA on the 16/11 however the staff were on strike that day and there were no flights available, she had to cancel her ticket because she has lost trust in the company. we are still waiting for a refund however they keep on giving her stories. This has made my mother stressed as she needs that money and she is been to the doctor twice due to her BP being up. Everytime you call the refund department you on hold for more that 30minutes. This is unacceptable
