Bad customer service , Stay away

Pity I can’t give SAAIR a negative rating. I do not encourage anyone to deal with this airline that robs you in broad daylight and has horrible customer service. I booked a flight with my baby to travel to my home country. However due to the chaos at the DHA my baby’s permit is still pending and we cannot travel out. I contacted the airline way before the ticket expired and explained this to them. The person whom I spoke to told me to wait 6 months and call the airline so that I can travel. 6 months later , they are telling me that my ticket expired and there is nothing that they can do. They are such *******. They could have at least converted my ticket into a voucher but they decided to rob me in broad daylight. Extremely disappointed and I would not encourage anyone to deal with this airline. Stay away!!! 😔
