Bad communication and poor service

We booked a flight J4SW6R from DBN to Jhb departing 8:05am. We were told the flight is delayed however there is no proper communication on the time frame we have been at airport from 7am nothing communicated it 8:50qm no proper communication or alternative plan for passengers.

I will be delayed for my Doctor treatment which was scheduled for 10am.
