Bad client service and attitude
Not even sure why writing this report as I see there is complete lack of interest from SAA on all the complaints. Traveled with SAA for first time in years. Start our trip by being seated next to Botswana 7s rugby coach who bumped of first flight (overbooked!) and missed opening event of tournament. His day was made by fab SAA staff member who apologized, listened to his complaint and even offered him a bottle of wine from business class. Very impressed with outstanding pr skills.

Ended our trip by being treated exceptionally badly by SAA supervisor at SAA premier lounge. I have access with a premier ccard, but they refused entry for my son. This after he was granted access at 2 other SAA lounges on the same trip. I informed her of this and the fact that he was still a minor, that we were exhausted after starting out travels at 3 in the morning already - to which she said that I was \mixing up the issues"and told me to leave him outside if I want to enter!

Two staff members - two different attitudes - two outcomes. Next time I will use a lounge where my whole family is welcome. SAA seriously needs to upgrade client service - fire those with attitude and promote others

"""
