Bad attitude towards customers

<p>While checking in for a flight from CT to JHB , the teller at the bag drop off at Cape Town international airport had a very bad attitude and poor customer service. She did not greet us, when asking for directions she did not respond, there was no customer interaction and simply recomended to us that we read the information on our ticket. A very very bad experience from the teller Sandy at SAA CT international airport. </p>
