Awful. Awful. Awful.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was set to leave Cape Town for Joburg at 20:25. When we started boarding at 19:55, they told us the flight is delayed and will only leave at 22:15. That means we’d arrive in Joburg after midnight. Absolutely ridiculous. The communication from the women at the gates was also terrible and they made it sound like we were an inconvenience to them. SAA had not even tried to do anything to make the 2 hour wait better. So awful!
