Awesome people

I recently had to undertake an emergency trip from Lagos, Nigeria to South Africa. I had zero joy from contacting the Lagos office of SAA. I then contacted Hennie Barnard (HOD) and Ilse Miller (Team Leader) in the Johannesburg office. They managed to "fix" the problem, not once but thrice without any hesitation. Hennie even went as far as to apply some waivers and extended compassion to my family.

Even with all the negative reporting etc. on SAA, they do have some amazing team members who value customers and the organisation. I sincerely hope these people will stay with SAA so the whole company can benefit from their experience and customer service.
