Appalling service, no responce, ********!

Made a flight booking with SAA express for the 24th of May, flights were grounded due to their Safety certificate not being in order. As there were no alternative flights back to George I had to book accommodation as well as rental vehicle and a new flight booking for the following day. Was promised at the ticket counter that I would be reimbursed for these costs. I have since then sent numerous emails without getting any response and when calling their customer care they refused to take responsibility for the costs incurred. I find it appalling that SAA express are not willing to assist and that the passengers safety was not a priority where they are concerned. Will in future avoid them at all costs.
