Appalling Luggage Handling: Disappointed with SAA’s Service

I am deeply unhappy with my recent experience flying with South African Airways (SAA). Their care for passengers’ luggage is absolutely appalling. Upon arrival, I discovered that my bag was completely broken due to their negligence.

This level of disregard for customers’ belongings is unacceptable for an airline that prides itself on service. I expected better and urge SAA to address their handling procedures seriously.
