American express card charged twice by SAA

<p>E-ticket ********** 179866 my American express card was charged twice and I spent over 3hrs trying to get assistance from saa call centre , customer service, penny but with no luck. Charging me twice for a single return flight is ******* and I'm so disappointed in SAA especially that I was taken from pillar to post without getting any assistance.my account was charged R3249.66 twice and as a result some of my debit orders didn't go off due to insufficient funds.one of the customer service agent Thato was very rude and handled my query poorly and unprofessional. </p>
