Am i your customer or are you mine?

So whats the buzz SAA? <br> I fly (unfortunately) from JHB to Luanda, each time it is a nightmare to fly SAA! Back service, no customer care at all. But anyway, this is about my damaged luggage, i have complained in Luanda when i got my back off the wheel, they said to take it up with SAA. <br> So, what now? <br> <br> My bag has a huge dent in it from mishandling. <br> <br> What is the process and what are you going to do about it? <br> I do expect it to be replaced or compensated for this!
