Airlink - Damaged Luggage

Airlink damaged my luggage December 2019 & the claiming process is a NIGHTMARE. Not only do you deal with thousands of people on 1 claim, it's a different process with each person that decides to tackle your claim on that specific day. Now i have to drop off my bag to the airport (a bag that they damaged), coz they don't have drivers that "collect bags".. I'm extremely not satisfied
