Aeroplane dirty and toilets filthy. Food Awful

In December I went to Paris in France.<br> Unfortunately I booked with SAA.<br> They ran out of bottled water at midnight!!!<br> The toilets are old and dirty. This is not acceptable. (Can they not upgrade the toilets on their international flights???)<br> The seats are old and uncomfortable.<br> The food was awful. <br> The attitude of the female air hostesses was extremely abrupt. The male hostesses were friendly.<br> Friends of mine also went overseas on SAA and their flight was not better than mine
