Absolutely **** service

I flew star alliance partner member to Mecca and tried to claim my miles via Voyager. The SAA website is broken and does not allow you claim missing miles, no one answered the phone and when they do after about 20 min of listening to their **** music, they hang up on you. I am not surprised that SAA went out of business a few years ago. Looks like it is headed exactly to the same dead end space now.
