Absolute WORST airline!!!

SAA has always had a bad reputation for their putrid customer service. They NEVER respond to emails and when you call they never direct you to the correct department, or they have a bad attitude. Their service is **********, their consultants are rude, and even on their flights the hostesses are horribly arrogant. I stopped flying with them many years ago because of their horrible service but booked a flight as it was the only direct flight, but now that i require a refund they are not helpful. Hate this airline so much!
