Abominable Service

Booked for a flight weeks in advance. Attended on time before flight for 1600 then told flight overbooked and only flight at 1900. Unacceptable no explanation other than its policy. Held to ransom and I won’t fly this airline again. Have had to miss an important appointment with no apology other than this is how it’s done.
