There can no way possible be a worse company to deal. SAA owes me R417.22. According to their Muriel Zondo refunds take 7 days to process, this lie was told to me 9 Sep 2019. It’s 30 Oct still nothing. I have emails from their Themba Bila says my refund was paid, when I asked for confirmation I was referred to their refunds team. I spoke to a Nomawandi Meyi who was quick to transfer me to Margaret or Penny who do not take calls. Nomawandi then Said there is no way possible that she could help and/or go anyway out of her job spec to assist. I then spoke to Frank Kgaswane who asked for me to email him and he’d see what he could do. Why are these people getting paid when all they do is tell you what they can’t do.
