80 year old Gran turned away from "full" flight !
<p>I am furious! </p> <p>I booked my gran a flight in September 2016, there where numerous legs booked on the ticket, but most importantly wheelchair assistance as my gran has had a double.knee replacement surgery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am horrified to be phoned by my gran and told they tuned her away because the flight is full!!from Cape Town This is disgusting ! And she had to walk that long way to get to board only to be told she had to go all the way back and wait for another flight. </p> <p>No wheel chair assistance and no flight! </p> <p>This ticket was over R 12000 ! My gran had to save for months to be able.to.afford to travel to visit her great grandchildren. </p> <p> How can the elderly be turned away? How can you oversell a flight and not offer the elderly who had required assistance !! </p> <p>Shocking</p>
